3. Develop parallel digital institutions in key sectors like education, healthcare, and finance etc. Encourage entrepreneurs and startups to create innovative online alternatives to established public services.
4. Crowdfunding Territory - The network union via crowdfunding buys property in Bangsa Sug and leverage its economic potential through Halal Tourism.
